
Damali Slowe joined Klug Counsel as a Law Clerk in November 2021. She practices in the areas of strategic business transactions, tax planning, private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions, and private wealth planning.
Prior to joining Klug Counsel, Ms. Slowe worked as a Law Clerk for a solo practitioner in general practice. Prior to law school, Ms. Slowe worked as an Admissions Coordinator at the nonprofit, Prep for Prep.
Ms. Slowe obtained her Juris Doctorate (JD) from Cardozo School of Law with coursework and clinic work focused on Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) as well as corporate transactions. She participated in Cardozo’s Securities Arbitration clinic and was a member of the Cardozo ADR Competition Honors Society.
Ms. Slowe graduated from Columbia University, Columbia College with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Middle Eastern Studies in May 2010.
She is proficient in French and Modern Standard Arabic.
